APPLICATION:
This machine is a multi-functional pillow packaging machine, which is suitable for automatic packaging of candy and other regular materials.
It adopts the principle of differential motion, which is more convenient to operate.
MAIN PERFORMANCE & STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS
1. The mold will be made according to the customer's requirements, there are food-grade plastic molds and aluminum molds for customers to choose
2. There are three types of brushes, hard bristles, soft bristles, and silicone bristles, which are controlled by the brush motor, and engineers can choose according to the customer's samples
3. Touch screen, CPU control system, there are different languages for you to choose
4. PLC program can be added
5. Temperature control controls the horizontal sealing and longitudinal sealing system respectively
6. Cutter, will be according to the size of the sample, and the length of the bag, the length of the bag will determine the number of knives, and the number of knives will determine the packing speed
7. Finished product conveying
8. Bag maker, can be customized according to customer's bag width
9. Feeding plate, chain will be designed according to sample size
